Warranty Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee 

* The TBK machine (or devices) must be 100% new and in the original package, hasn't been opened. The used machines (or devices) is not in the stated warranty range. The International shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.


◉ 12-Month Warranty for Quality-Related Issues (Electronics Only).


◉ Man-made damages are not included.


◉ Requests from outside country of purchase (delivers from China directly):

* We will take care of all quality-related issues with some replacement or some of refund, TBK will charge the international shipping cost for the replacement parts.


◉ Please be warmly reminded that the other retailers' after-sales support policy is different, please contact the retailer directly for specific guidance on their warranty process.

1. What isn't covered by the warranty?

I.  Electrical damage caused by improper use of the battery such as using an unapproved power cord. 
II. Water damage caused by improper use in snow, wet or flooded conditions is not covered. Our products are not waterproof. Please use with care!
III. Damage caused by not following the User's Manual or not following proper maintenance procedures is not covered.
IV. Damage caused by not following the User's Manual or not following proper maintenance procedures is not covered.
V. The warranty does not cover any damage or missing parcels 

caused by courier services. Once our products leave the factory, we have absolutely no control over them.

We are willing to assist the buyer in getting compensation from the courier service. We suggest the buyer to contact the shipping carrier first for the proof of any missing or broken items. This proof is the key to get any compensation.
The opening, disassembly or modification of the machines (or devices) with non-licensed or non-original parts or by a non-licensed person will invalidate the warranty. This Warranty standard is the only one proof for reclaim. If you buy from our Online store, it means you agree with our terms.

It begins the day you place your order.


3. How do I claim the warranty?

Before submitting a warranty claim, please refer to the specific FAQs for your product and attempt all troubleshooting suggestions.

If you believe the item is defective and under warranty, please submit a Return or Exchange request on the products' support page, and MUST FIRSTLY contact us at service@shenwagda.com for the technicians' help.


4. What is a valid proof of purchase?

Order number and its detail, email, full name on record


5. What if I don't have any proof of purchase?

◉ If you made your purchase to TBK (ShenWangDa) we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name or shipping address.

◉ If the product is a free product or giveaway, you may ask the giver to provide a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.


6. Will the warranty be renewed if my product is replaced?

The warranty continues from the date of your original purchase. It won’t be renewed after a replacement has been provided.
